Clintox, Ia., Feb. 3. - In a saloon quarrel Jim Hallaban shot Jack Rovvan in the chin, the ball lodging back of one ear. The man is still alive. Turning to Jim Rowan, brother of the woimded man, Hallahan shot him in the back, the bullet passing through the heart, killing-him instantly'. The naurderer escaped into Illinois.
