New York, Feb. 28. -The admissionto probate of the will oí the late John Jacob Astor makes William Waldorf Astor the wealthiest man in America, if not in the world. The estates of Jobn Jacob Astor and William Waldorf Astor, Consolidated by Wednesday's proceeding, are believed to be equivalent to very nearly 8200,000,000.
