The house of which we present an exterior view and floor plans to-day ia a two-story frame rosidonce containing n all eight rooms and a large reception ïall. The foundation is of stone. First and second stories covered with clapoards. Eoof of shingles. Collar unier cntire house. Height of stories - Cellar, 7 ft.; first story, 10 ft. 6 in.; second story, 10 ft. all n the clear. This house is suitcd for either tl corner or au insido lot, and can be built and oompleted, exclusive of -gas fixtures, nre-placos and furnace or 93,600. The Richardson & iioynTi furnace can be put in this house at a oost not to exceed $150. Fire-places are conveniently located n principal rooms. The reception hall, arlor and dining-room are trimracd ia ïard wood with oil finish. All the apartmeats aro trimmed with white jine, oil finish. Eecoption hall, parlor and dining-room will havo stuoco cornices and center pieces. Kitchen, pantry and bath-room will be wainscotted. Windows hung with weights and cords. All windows glazed with doublé thick American glass. Stained plass used whore possiblo to gain a desirable effect. All closets fitted with shelves and hooks. Pantry fitted with shelves, drawers and closets for flour barrel, pots and kettles, etc. Cupboard and pantry fitted with glass doors and movablo shelvos with drawers under. Sink Ln both kitchen and pantry. Watercloset, bath-tub and wash stand in bath room. Hot and cold water throughout ' house. Gas in each apartment. Hardware of appropriate designs. Electrio bells and burglar alarms in each room. Stairs arranged so as to accommodate both fr.mt and back part of house. Stairs from reception all and pantry both open into tho landing in bay winflow. Back stairs shut off by door. The looation of all rooms and their conveniences will be seen by reference to the floor plans. The attention of our many readers who contémplate building is called to tho handsome exterior appearance and convenient arrangement of the rooms in this design. On tho front of house is a handsome covered veranda 6 ft. 6 in.xlo ft. 6 in. in sizo. The veranda opens into a commodious and convenient reception hall 13x16 ft. 6 in. in sizo with firo-place. To the right of this hall is the parlor 13x15 ft. in size with fire-place. In rear of parlor and connected by sliding doors is the dining-room 15ft. 6 in.xlö ft. with fire-place. To tho lef t of dining-room is the pantry 7x12 it. in si.e. In the rear of pantry is the kitchen 1:2x15 ft. in sizo. Back porch, 5x8 ft. Seoond story contains f our chambors and bath-room. Chamber over reception hall is 13x13 ft. in size; closet 2ft. 6 in.x8 ft. 6 in. Chamber over parlor 13x13 it. in size with. closet 4x5 ft. Chamber over &ning-r6om 12x12 ft. in sizo with closet 4x5 ft. Chamber over kitchen 8x15 ft. in size with closet 3 ft. C in.x7 ft. 6in. Linen closet, 2 ft. 6 in. x3 ft. 0 in. Bath-room, 7x7 it 6 in. in sizp. Hall, 14 ft. wido, stairs to attio.
