Fire In Michigan's Agricultural College

cansino, Mich., March 25.- Th botanical laboratory at the Agricultufal College burned Monday morning. Mot oí the valuable collections and apparatu3 were saved by the studente. The laboratory was built in 1881 at a cp.st of $6,000. The Wheeler herbarium, ïrarchased a few months ago by the college, was lost, as was Dr. I'alraer's coliUon. The total loss will agff regate fió, 000. The flre was caused by a defective chimney.
