Chicago, March 28.- The Chicago Sugar Refinery's starcti-house, a two-story briok structure, 50x1-20 feet, at the foot oí Taylor street, was completely wrecked by a "dust" explosión Thursday afternoon a bout 5:30. Many men were at work at the time, and of these nine were killed. The bodiea of six have been recovered, and the other three are still in the wreek. Eighteen others were badly burned and injured, many of them so seriously that their lives are despaired of. The identiñed bodies are those of August Theiman, Frank Wallich, Mike Hyer, Henry Hobbaldt, Albert Hess and John Otto. Those still in the ruins are Morris Flynn, Fred Grof and Albert Witzke.
