Bermx, March 31. - Tbe labor conference came to an end on Saturday. The decisions oí the conference, which will soon be publishod in addition to those already announced by cable, recommend the optional establishment of courts of arbitration consistingof representative3 of the employers and the employed to settle labor disputes and the general observance of Sunday as a holiday in all trades. Kut where continuous work is unavoidable it is recommended that each employé have at least every altérnate Sunday free.
