Almost Wiped Out

AVatkktow.v, N. Y., April 7.- The business section of the village of Theresa, about twenty miles irom thia oity, has been entirely destroyed by fire. Forty-two buildings were burned, involving a loss of something like $160,000 to $200,000. About twenty of the building9 were dwellings and the remainder were stores and shops.
