Editor Begisteb: This city has Ixen favoreü üurmg ilia past few days, with the oí 6 w ornan who, thoufjh she has not reachd her "Doon ot life," has done Bnd ig doing herculean work in tne field of high moral and reli.ïious progress. Those whosa privilege it was to listen to her, or rather, who availed themselves of that privilege, can but be inspired lo a higher, a broader sense of their responsibility to the age in which they live. It has been my good fortuce to meet many of the women who hive been prominent in the work of reform, during the last qiarter of a century, but none have seemed so God-inspired, so Godendowed as thit 1 ule frail woman of faroff London. Surely nver woman spake as this woman, and the prayer is recorded that she be spared yet these fifty years, wi'b strength and continned inspiration to carry forward the work she is now doing. We are torry for thoso who heard her nof, and are forever thankful that we did. ÜNB WHO DID. Ann Arbor, April 15, 1890.
