Lincoln, Neb., April 10. - Uovernor Thayer is in receipt of trustworthy information irom Cheyenne, Banner and other far Westen Nebraska counties giving an account of a disastrous storm. Thn wind blew so hard that grain which had been sown wa blown entiroly out of the ground over thousands of acres. Farmers mustcommence at the boginning, and are unable to do so. Thoy have no funds to buy seed, and the Governor will issue a geneial cali for aid for the unfortunate poople. Wheat and oats for secd will b eiteci:illv npprlfirt.
