Lee McCollester, of Detroit, the succeoaor of Dr. Rexford, will preach at the Unitarian church in tbis city next Sunday morning and evening, in exchanga with Mr. Sunderland. Re v. W. D. P. BIísí, ol Boston, will Ie ctnr on "Christian Socialism" at the Unitarian church next Saturday evening, May 10. Admisión will be free, but a collection will ba taken. Mr. Blus is the editor of "The Dawn, " and one of the ablest leaders of the new ohriatian eocialUtic mcvement All who have read Mr. BelUmy's " Lool:ing Backward, " and all who have not ehould hear him. The Sappho Club, of Tpsilanti, corsisting of tweniy-four ladies, will give their annual concert at the M. E. cburch, on Monday evening, May 12. They will be asaisted by Mr. and Mis Cornwell, who have been studying in Lundon for seTeral yeara and are being received witb great favor throughout the s'ate. The club will render a portion of Pergolesi's "Sabat Mater, " and the cantata of " The Fishermaiders " by Smart Admissioa 25 cents. No reserved neats.
