( " At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate office in tin city of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the thirtietl day of April, in the year one theusand eigh hundred and ninety. Present, J. WILLARD BABBITT, Judge of Pro bate. In the matter of the estáte of Benjamin E Nichols, deceased. Lillie M. Nichols, the adminlstrator of said estáte, comes into conrt and represente that Bhe i now prepared to render her final account as such administra tor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 27th day of May next, at ten o'clock ín the forenoon, be assigned for examlning and al lowing such account, and that the nelrs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interester in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, in said County and show cause, if any there be, why the sait account should not be allowed. And it Is further ordered thatsaid admlnistratorgive notice to the persons inicrested in said estáte ofthependency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be publislied in the Ann Arbor Register, a newspaper printed and circulatlng in said county, three successive weeks pre vious to said day of hearing. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate In the Matter of the Estáte of Silvina S. Cowle, deceased. On reading and filing the petltion duly verified of Henry M. Tabor. praying ihat a certain instrument now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament and codicil thereto of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that administraron of said estáte may be granted to himself as executor or some otner suitable person. Davis, hls wlfe, to Edward Treadwell and Noah W. Cheever, executors of the will of Hiram Amold, deceased. bearing date Sept. 30, 1882, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Washtenw county. Michigan, on the thirtieth day of September, 1882. in liberBö of Mortgages on page 76. by whieh default the power of sale contained in said mortgage became operative, and no Buit or proceedlng in law or equity having been instltuted to recover the debt secured by said mortgage or any part thereof, and the sum of three hundred and fourteen and 71-100 dollars (S314.71J being now claimed to be lue upon said mortgage. Default having been made ia the conditions of a mortgage made by William C. Sutherland, Sarah E. Sutherland, his wife, and Datus Ensign to Carrie I. Hall. bearing date August 20th, 1885 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for the County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, on the 2d day of November 1885, in Liber 64 of Mortgages, on page 552, by the non-paymént of moneys due thereon, by reason of which default the power of sale contained in said mortgage becomes operative, and on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date of this notice the sum of eleven hundred and twenty two dollars ($1122,00), and no suit at law or equity having been lnstituted to recover the amount now remaining secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof; notice is hereby given that on Friday, the 13th day of June 1890, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, there will be sold, by the 8heriff of said County, at the Huron Street entrance to the Court House in the City of Ann Arbor. in said Washtenaw County, at public vendue to the highestbidder,the premises described in said mortgage, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the amount due on said mortgage as above set forth, with the eosts, charges and expenses allowed by law and provided for in said mortgage. Said premises are sitúate in the village of Salem, In the County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, and described as follows, to-wit: Lots numbered eight (8), nine (9), and ten (10). in block one (1) in the village of Salem aforesaid, according to the recorded plat thereof, together with the buildings thereon, also all machinery in said buildings used for grinding feed or grain or sawing lumber.
