Chicago, June 14. -John B. Sherman says the sale of the Union stock-yards to an English syndicate for L22,000,000 will be consummated July 1. It is not believed that the minor stockholders will enjoin the sale. It is rumored that ater the sale local capitalists will combine and start another concern.
