Washington, June 26.- In the Senate yesterday the bilí to admit Wyoming to Statehood was reported, and a bilí was passed authorizing the erection of a hotel for colored peoplo upon the Government reservation at Fortress Monroe. Washington, June 27.- The Senate yesterday dovoted nearly the entiro session diseussing the bilí to admit Wyoming inío the Union and an amendment to include Idaho, Arizona and New Mexico. Washington, June 28.- In the Senate yesterday the bilí to admit Wyoming as a State was passed by a party vote of 29 to 18 and now goes to the President. The bilí for the admisslon of Idaho was considered. Washington, June 30.- In the Senate Saturday Senators Sherman (O.), Jones (Nev.) and Harris (Tenn.) were appointed conferees on the silver bilí on the part of the Senate. Senate bilis appropriating $75,000 for a public building at Mugkegon, Mich., and the same for one at Jacksonville, 111., were passed. The conference report on the post-office appropriation bill was presented and agreed to. A bill granting a pension oí 81,200 a year to the widow of MajorGeneral Crook was reported and placed on the calendar. Washington, July 1.- The bill to admit Idaho as a State was discussed in the Senate yesterday, and the ajrricultural appropriation bill was passed. HOUSE. Washington, June 26.- A motion to concur in the Senate substituto to the House bilí (providing for free coinage) was defeated in the Houso yesterday by a vota of 152 to 135; and the House then, by a rising vote of 146 to 8ö, nonconcurred in all the remaining amendments. Washington, June 27.- In the House yesterday, after passing a bilí grantiny fifteen days' leave to clerks in the flrs and second-class post-offices, the debate on the National election bilí was oommenced, Mr. Lodge (Mass.) speaking in favor of the measure, and Messrs. HemphiU (S. C), Crisp (Ga.), and Leh'.bock (N. Y.) against it I Washington, June 28. - In the House yesterday tne time was occupied in disCuaBing the Federal elections bilis. At the evening session 105 private pension bilis were passed. ! Washington, June 30.- In the House Saturday Mr. McAdoo (N. J.) spoke against the election bilí. Mr. McComas (Md.) reviewed the various election contests during the present Congress to show the necessity for the passage of 8uch a law. Mr. Henderson (La.) read from the speech of Mr. Hempmll the passage declaring tho whites must either rule or leave the South, and tbat they would not leave it He wanted no further proof than that declaration that the blacks of South Caroliga would not be allowed to exercise the rights guaranteed by tho constitutlon, and said tbat the country would no longer submit to the rule of a minority. Mr. Ewart, Republican, (N. C. ), opposed the passage of the bill. He asserted that no Republican in bis State, black or white, was prevented from casting his vote. Washington, July 1.- In the House yesterday W. H. Dickerson was sworn in as the successor of Mr. Carlisle from the Sixth Kentucky district. A bilí was introduced providing for the appolntment by the President of a commission. consisting of five persons, to make an impartial and thorough in vestigation of social vice in all lts phases, in relation to labor and wages, marriage and divoree and the general welfare of the people. The Federal elections bill was further discussed.
