Coi.umbus, O., July5. - The Union Labor party of Ohio held a convention here Friday and norainated a State ticket as follows: Secretary of State, Ezekiel T. Curtis, of Farmington, Trumbull County; Judge of Supreme Court, William BaKer, of Newark; Clerk, Joseph W. Leavitt, of Columbus; Member of Board of Public Works, Eli Raub, of Wood County. The platform declares as follows: That the Government shall lend money on real-estate security direct to the people; that Union exsoldiers should recetve a graduated service pension; and every human being should have land, air, water and sunshine sufllcient to promote his happiness and no more; that the State should not interfere with municipal aftairs; that the people can not expect any relief from either the Republican or Democratie party; that every Ohio caadidate for Congress be put on record on these principies; that the platform of the Union Labor party adopted at Ciocinnati in May, 1888, be reaffirmed; that the United States shall be ow ned and governed by the citizens; that the farmers be placed on an equality with whisky dismiers, National bankers, etc, by the furnisbintr of Government storehousea and the advancing in money 80 per cent. of the value of goods stored there, and that franchises not granted to individuals generally be abolished.
