Washington. July 5.- The President signed ti,.' . n tor the admission oí Idaho as a btate of the Union at 10 o'clock Thursday raorning. With the approval OÍ the bilí Idaho ceased to have a Representativo in Congress, and she will not have one there until an election is held.
