Cairo, 111., July 22. - A disastrous fire occurred Monday morning at Popiar Bluff, Mo., seyenty-five miles down the Iron Mountain road. At last accounts twoblocks, embracingthirty-üve houses, had been destroyed. The burned district Í9 on the side of a bilí, and was built of frame houses. There is no fire department in the city
