King Fisheb, Ind. T., July 19.- Negotiations have been completed between the Cheyenne and Arapahoe Indians and the Cherokee commissioners by which 4.000,000 acres of land in Indian Territory will be thrown open to settlement The Indians receive $1,500,000 and 160 icres of land each from the Government.
