Crkstox, Ia., July 29. - Work progresses steadily on the new blue-grass palace in this city. The palaco will be opened August 21 by Governor Boles, and that date will be "Governors' day." The management expect to secure the attendance of the Governors of Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri. Roger Q. Mills has been secured and McKinley or Speaker Reed will undoubtedly be present; and it is intended to ëecure eminent men for each day.
