Bai.timouk, Md., July 29. -The steamer Virginia collided Monday evening with the steamer Louise between Steelton and Fort Carroll, and, though reports are oonflicting, it is known that at least eight of the Louise's passengers are killed and missing, while a number of others are seriously injured. The Virginia is blamed by the passengers on tha Louise. The latter is an excursión boat, and was on her way from Colohester with about 150 people.
