City op Mexico, July 27. - War against Salvador has been declared by Guatemala, and the Minister of thelatter country here has been advised by his Government of that fact. The United States Minister here also recelved official notico of the declaration of war, and has transmitted the following dispatch, received from General Mizner, the United States Minister to Guatemala, to the Department of State at Washington: "Both countries are now untler military control, and all dispatches are subjiicted to censorBhlp. I havo already demanded of this Government that the rights and proporty of American cítizens be respected and have had every Bssurance that Americans wül be treatedwith, every consideration." City of Mexico, July 28.- Advice3 Bay that General Ezeta, brother of the President of San Salvador, fought a battle with the Guatemalans near San Miguel and killed orer 500 of the enemy. City of Mexico, July 0.- La Libertad says that the censorship of Salvador over tolegrams refers to tbe Guatomalan Government and that other dispatchos are allowod a free course. There is the greatest enthusiasm atnong the Salvadorians. General Kivas, with 0,000 Indians from Cojutepeque, hasreinforced Ezeta'a army. There are rumors of another defeat of the Guate lans, who are still retreating. The .nivadorans are advancing.
