Opened The Pontoon Bridge

Sioux Cuy, Ia., July 29.- The Paciñc Short Line pontoon bridge across the Missouri river was opened for traffic Monday. It is built partly of piles and partly of pontoons. A sixty-ton locomotivo and a oar-load of coal only sunk the boat ten inehes in the water. The bridge cost MU,000 and wil] be used until a permanent bridge can be built
