CBE8SON Spkinos, Pa., Sept. aa- The President received telegrams from Senator Aldrich and Representativo McKinley Monday afternoon stating their belief that Congress will dispose of the tariff bill during the present week and adjourn the lst of October or soon after. These telegrams were in response to a request from the President for Information on the subject
