Chicago, Sept 23.- George R. Kessler, a clerk in General John C. Black's office, shot his brother-in-law, Alfred Eichner, at State and Polk streets at 6 o'clock Monday evening, and at 12:21 o'clock the viotim died. The murder was the result of a family feud of years standing.
