New York, Sept. 22. - At a convention of delegates of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, representing diviSions from Maine to California, and from Canada to Panama, held in this city Sunday, a resolution was unanimously adopted approving the attitude of Chief Arthur in the recent strike on the New York Central road, and expressing the f ullest confldence in his integrity.
