CixciSSATl, Oct. 4.- Colonel A. D. Bulloclc, one of the richest and most popular mon in Cincinnati, died Frlday night, aged 98 years. He was a largo stockholder in the gas company, president of the telephone company and a large owner of street railroad and bank stock. He was worth 83,000,000.
