Gloucestkii, Mass., Nov. 4. - The annual report of the loss of vessels from this port for the year shows that eijhteen vessels have been lost, on whioh there was an Insurance of $97,523. The number of livos lost is eighty-six. During the prevlous year there were fourteen vessels lost with an Insurance ot 850,504. The number of llves was seventy. Ei(fhty-flvé per cent of the men lost were forelgners.
