Dore Davldson, wbo created such favorable comraent two years agn.when lie produeed Dr. Jekyll and Edward Hyde at the Grand Opera House, will be seen again ia tliis city nezt Munday nigh.and thia lime he plays "Guilty Without Crime," being supported by Misa Kaniie Austen and a powerful company. Of this production the Pittsburg Dispatch of September 23, says: ' Guilty Without Crime" is a welladapted stage version of MiasBroddon'a " Aurora Floyd," probably the best known and the most popular of tiiat author's works. The story ia sufficiently well followed to be of interest to those wlio have read the novel, and the characters in some instances are even better drawn. Stella Douglass, at the liands of Miss Ramie Austen, is excellently done. By the way, Miss Austen haa iinnroved greatly in beractingsince her appearance here in "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde " last season, as well as in her looks. " She is now a truly heautiful woman, as well asapainstaking actresa. In form and feature ahe bas few rivals to fear. Dore Davidaon'a Tom Rawson is a piece of excellent work. Mr. Davidson's fingers became educated in histrionic way as Dr. Jekyll so that they almost speak, ar'l his attention to details is so conscientious as to provoke admiration. MiasMaud Peters ia pretty, despite her little lisp. The theater was packed to the doors at both performances yesterday, and thia will doubtless be the story of the present engagement to the end on Saturday niglit.
