ILLINOIS. Spkingi-ield, 111., Nov. 15. - Official returns have now been received by the Secretary of State from all the counties exceptCook. As tabulated the3e (five the voto on the State ticket as followg: For State Treasurer - Wilson, 253,327; Amberg, '250 '40. Wilson's majority outside of Cook County is 3,087.
