Kansas Officers Sworn In

TiH'Kka. Kan., Jan. 13. - Contrary to all precedent in Kansas, the inaujuration of the newly oleeted State oflicers was unattended with the isual ceremonies. There was im inaugura] ball, no festivities, no speeches. The officereelect slmply assembled at noen in the office of the Soi-ivtnry of State, took the oath of office and entered upon posgession of their respective offices.
