iNDiAXAi'or.is, Ind., Jan. 19.- The State Senate has discovered that the coBstitutional amendracnts adopted by the last Legislatura are void because they were not spread upon the journals in f uil as required by law, and they will have to be adopted anew and referred to the next Legislature for similar action before they can be submitted to the people. The amendinents providj for increasing the terms of the county and State ofh'eers to four years and to prohibit two suecessive terms; making all able-bodied men members of militia; making a year's residenee in the State necessary to a vote; increasing the number of Supreme Court judges from five to nine and increasing the length of terms to eiffht years; paying membera of the Legislature fixed salaries and removing the limit of length of Bession, and putting regulation of law proctice into tha hands of the Legislatura.
