A Blizzard In England

LONBON.March 10.- A terrible blizzard prevadla thronghout tlie southwest portion of Eng-land. The storm is the severest on record in tliat part of the country. Many small vesaela have been wrecked off tiir coast. The loss of live stock is also reported to be heavy. Ilundreds of slieep and lambs have perished in the storm. A snowstorm has been raging in Scotland and the north of England for a week past.
