Roasted Alive

PlTTSBURGH.Pa., June (i. - The dwellitxg of Samuel I'. Myere, a prominent íarmer, oí Summit township, near Myersdale. Pa., waa burned to the ground Tlmrsday night, and two chíldren, Clara and Missouri, aged 9 and 12 years respectively, roasted alive. The flre spread so rapidly that the niño other oecupants barely escaped in their night clothes. Three men and one woman were eompelled to jump from a second-story window. Mr. M!yers was badly burned, but will recover. It is not known how the flre originated.
