Among those who will attent! the ChrUtian Endeavor convention at Minneapolis, this month, will be Rev. H. M. Morey and Miss Eunice Lambie, of the Presbyterian society, and Miss Kittie Dennis, of the Congregational. Those interested in the Normal are very sorry to learn of MissLockwood's resignation. She has been the efficiƫnt and popular superintendent of the kindergarten department and bas accomplishedmuch in the work. Rumor has it that a popular young professor in some eastern college is respon&ible for her leaving us. Miss Roccie Norris, who has been spending a year in New York studios, has returned home with a valuable collection of water colors. TheMethodists are going to build a handsome new cluirch and consequently are selling off all their old belongings. Howard 3teyenson and Will Hubbell surprised their friends last week by both bringing home charming brides. That reminds me that Mr. Peter Cranson has become a Benedict, havinginduced Miss Nina Babcock to accompany him during the remainder of his life's journey.
