OtSKOSH, Wis., July 31. - I'eople returniug from upper Michigan say that terrible forest fires, the worst ever known in that región, aro now raging there. So hot are the fiamos that when the trains aro passing through them it is impossible for a porson to put his hand on the windows and if he does he will certainly be burned. Pilot engines are sent ihrad of the regular trains to seo that bridges are all right. Deer and rabbits follow the trains for miles in the hope of escaping the fiery furnaee.
