Since Wednesday last week the fol lowing liquor cases (selling whiskey on beer license) have come before Justice Pond : Conrad Neumann and Wurster ft Kreitner, of Manchester, examination postponed till August 7; Jacob Dupper, Ann Arbor, August 6; Eugene Oesterlin, Ann Arbor, August 10; John Frank, Saline, August 6; CharlesBender, Saline, and Joseph Meyer and William Keiler, Ypsllanti, each paid $200 additional tax and costs of action.
