Lobster Factories Destroyed

Halifax, X. 8., July 28.- A telegram from Bay of Islands, N. F., says the commander of II. M. S. Pelican has well riddled the lobster faetories there and compelled them to cease operations. The unfortunate people are now left in a state of poverty, being in debt and without raeans.
