Boy Dragged To Death

Milto.v, Ia., Aug. 3.- The little soa pf John Stevtens, of this place, waè thrown from a horse which he was riding to water. A halter was tied ar"öuad his waist, by whieh the horse dragged him about the field for several hours before he was discovered. He was terribly mutilated and died shortly after being found.
