Admitted Their Guilt

Phii.adelphia, Aug. 18. - Charles T. Lawrcnce, cashier of the suspended Keystone national bank, who was indicted with the bank's fugitive president, Gideon Y. Marsh, for conspiracy in the misapplication of the bank's funds, pleaded guilty in the United States supreme court. Argument on a motion for a itay of sentence will be heard to-day. Francia W. Kennedy, president of the suspended Spring Garden national bank, and nis brother, ' Henry H. Kennedy, the cashier, were also arraijjned on the charge of misapplication of the funds of that inatitution. Both entered pleas of guilty. Application for postponement of senteace was made by counsel for both the prisoners and the court's deoision on that poiut will be given tody.
