Assistance For Martinique

Paris, Aug. 31.- The official report of the damagfe done by the recent cyclone which swept over the island of Martinique places the loss at $10,000,000, and says that 378 people lost their lives. President Carnot has signed a credit of 8200,000, which sum is to be used to assist the Martinique sufferers.
