Washington, Sept. 7. - Secretary Foster has prepared a statement showing1 the amounts of various kinds of money in circuí ation in the United States durinff the past thirty yeara. This table shows that the lowest mark of the circulation was in 1862, when it was $334,697,744, or (10.38 per capita. It then increased to $:0. 57 per capita in 1865, from which point it receded till in 1878 the circulation was 5729,132,634, a per capita of 815.33. From that poinl it has steadily risen till in 1891, when the circulation is 81, 500,067,555 and pér capita $23.45.
