Three Miners Killed

Marquktti:, Mich., Sept. 22.- Peter Folleste, John Gilbertand Eric Jarroia were takintf down two pillars of ore directly over the moutli of No. 6 shaft at the Eepublic mine Monday morning vvhen the round gave way beneath them and they went headlong down the shaft A nother f all of ground f rom the foot wal] oovered the shaft again. It will be weeks before the bodies cap be recovered as this shaft was a wrck from the recent fire.
