PlTTSBiKOH, Pa., Oct 17.- The Pan Handle vestibule, limited east bound, was wrecked by colliding with a frelght train at Mingo Junctioa 4 miles west of Steubenville, O., at 6:30 o'olock a. m. yeterday aad VVilliam Marshall, a brakeman, and Joseph Veston, an expres messeng-er, wert küled outright, and four other persons were njured.
