Blaine Resumes Work

Washixgton, Oct 27. - Secretary Blaine has resnmed the discharge of his duties as secretary of state. He rose early and soon after breakfast went over to the white house. Secretary Tracy soon joined hira there, and together they had a long consultation with the president. It was ncarly noon when Secretary Blaine left the white house and walked to the department of state. He entered his private office and phinged at once into business.
