" At a seesion of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the 26th day of October in the year one thousand eight hundred and uinety-one. Present, J. Willard Babbitt. Judge of Probate. In the Matter of the Estáte of Eli Benton deceased. Conutock F. Hill, the administrator de bonls non, with the wlll annexed of eald estáte, comea into court and he rcpreients that he is now prepared to reuder hls nnal account aa such administrator.
