Bath, í ., Nov. 23. - The announcement is ,:iade here that Mrs. Hattie Moore, foi oeriy a resident of this city, has finally won her breach of promise suit against Moses Hopkins, the California millionaire and a brother of Mark Hopkins. The suit has been pending in the California courts for three years. Mrs. Moore was at first awarded $75,000 damages, but the case was appealed and the amount was reduced to $50,000. This sum, it is said, has finally been paid.
