The November meetng was held at the residence of Eliéia Cranson. A bountiful dinner waaserved and then music wasfurnished bf a quartette consiBting of Mr. and MrsjOlsaver and Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Ball. The literary program opened withapaierby MiesMattie McColl on "What an( How to Read." Considerable discusión ensued, in which liev. Mr. Lincop, Mrs. Cusbman, Mrs. Olsaver, Ed. Norinan and others participated. It was fenerally agreed that the dime novel &d trashy newspapers were injuriou to the younp. "How to Secure a Mail Service," was also discussed witltmuch vigor. It was believetl that tlje free dellvery syBtera should be tended to the country distriets.
