ÏYiday a meeting was held ut the Mercantile club between the president, directors and varions committfes of the club and a committee representing the different industrial organizations of the Cnited States. The result of the meeting was, that on Februarv ;:. 1802, there 11 meet in St. Louis in convention the representativos of the labor oiffainzations of the country. Tbelr parpóse is to accomplish the federation of all the labor organiziitions in the onion. The various org-anizations that will !■ represented are in part: The Kniuts of Lftbor, the Farmers' Mutual Denefit Asaoolfttion.
