St. Paul, Minn., June 0. - The second international reciprocity conven,ion met in the Auditorium at 2 p. m., etveen 300 and 400 delegates being in attendauee. Attendance as delegates s limited to those who favor the extensión of American coramerce and of reeiprocal trade relations betvveen the United States and Canada, and ,he promotors of the movement have avoided anything appearing in the in.erest of any politlcal party, seeking to ïave this conference of business men representing their respective business interests for mutual benefit.
