Denver, Col., March 27. - Hamilton White, of Des Moines, la., is in Denver arranging to lócate a colony of Iovva farmers in the San Luis valley south of Alamosa. The colony will be made up i of about 5,000 people. Many progressive ideas will be put into effect, but l none of the socialistic features which charauterize the Topolobampo experiment.
