The jury in the Goodrich will caso was out about two hours and returned a verdict sustaining the will of Merchant H. Goodrich, which bequeathed his estate, about $20,000, to his niece, Mrs. H. K. Lum. The case was on trial four days and was aneffort of the deceaseid's sister and brother, Ann North and Morell Goodrich, to break the will.
